Grecia Cepeda Hendrickson is a California & Texas-licensed attorney and founder of the Grecia Cepeda Hendrickson Law Firm. She was born and raised in the Rio Grande Valley (RGV) in Weslaco, TX and is fluent in Spanish. As a daughter of immigrants, she understands the struggles immigrants face and what it's like to not have their voices heard. From a young age, she knew she wanted to be an advocate for people and help better people's lives.

She attended The University of Texas at Austin, where she was President of the Hispanic Student Association. She graduated with honors and received her Bachelor's Degree in Psychology with a focus in Business. She then returned to her community in the RGV and was a teacher in Harlingen, TX, but she wanted to advocate more. In 2015, she moved to Houston, TX and began law school at the University of Houston Law Center (UHLC). While there, her passion for advocating grew after her younger brother was seriously injured after being in an 18-wheeler accident. She is especially passionate about advocating for those seriously injured.

During her time at UHLC, Grecia was a Student Attorney in the Juvenile Records Sealing Clinic, where she represented juveniles and young adults in the sealing of their criminal records. She thoroughly enjoyed being able to help improve her client's lives through sealing their records.

Grecia began her career working in a renowned national trial law firm where she gained invaluable experience and negotiation skills working for insurance companies. Thereafter, she represented people injured in their Personal Injury cases including those due to medical negligence. Grecia also has extensive experience in contract drafting and negotiation. Her passion for advocating for her community, and to help people have a better life, led her to start her own practice in 2022.

In addition to managing her law firm, Grecia is the Director and Adjunct Professor for the Records Sealing & Expunction Clinic at UHLC where she supervises law students in their representation of clients needing their criminal records sealed or expunged. She is passionate about giving back to her community and frequently provides pro bono services for immigrant and records sealing clients. She is also a mentor and helping hand to many law students and attorneys starting their career.

On her free time, Grecia enjoys spending time with her husband and her baby Mia. She also enjoys exploring the culinary scene in both Houston and San Francisco, and enjoys playing with her dogs Honey and Coco.
